Originally from the UK, I have lived and worked in New Zealand for over 20 years as a community pharmacist. I am a trained vaccinator and provide general advice on medicines. I am accredited to provide sildenafil, antibiotics for UTIs, emergency contraception, smoking cessation and medicine use reviews.

I am interested in encouraging healthy lifestyle changes such as diet, activities, and mindfulness to help you feel the best you can.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, keeping fit and walking my dog.
